Updated layout from the original 396 Motor Yacht Sawgrass II had the dinette forward to starboard. Altogether amazing interior for a yacht that is only 39’! Two staterooms, two heads, two real, separate stall showers, full galley, real dinette, huge salon, great aft deck (with a table and 4 chairs) massive flybridge, functional side decks, and great closets! No wonder the 396 Motor Yacht was one of the most popular boats ever in this size range.

| Cabin

Galley:

The Galley forward to port is open to the main salon and even with the dinette to starboard. Great selection of modern appliances and lots of counter space.

Walk around queen bed with headboard to port. Storage under the bed as well as numerous drawers.  Hanging lockers fore and aft as well. Private master head to port with large separate shower. Smart TV on wall mount to starboard.

Guest Stateroom:

Guest stateroom forward with “wall to wall” double bed, hanging locker to port, several drawers and excellent storage.

Smart TV on wall mount. Guest head to starboard with separate stall shower.

| Deck

Great walkaround side decks with handrails high enough to keep the crew safe! Rigid wing doors to fully enclosed and carpeted aft deck with table and 4 chairs. Foredeck has virtually new sun pads. Access to swim platform (with locking deck box), steps on port side from swim platform or raised deck forward with gates port and starboard.

Kohler 10KW generator with approximately 1100 hours total time.
